Taxation Services

In the past, staying up to date with taxation legislative changes was adequate for achieving favourable outcomes for clients. Superannuation Services

At TA Advice, we focus on helping our clients to manage their financial future. We provide a range of compliance services for self-managed superannuation funds including preparation of a fund’s financial reports and annual return.

We, with the assistance of our network financial advisors, can help our clients whether they want to gain more control over investments, to reduce administration costs or invest in alternative products such as direct property or shares.

The Principal

Kelly Lin

CA, MFinAn, B.Com, RTA, JP

Kelly has over 12 years of direct experience in Chartered Accounting.

Before establishing TA Advice, Kelly worked for Mitchell & Partners as a Manager for 2 years, where she was actively assisting clients with taxation, business compliance and superannuation. Kelly enjoyed providing services to clients with a complex group structure which often including companies, trusts, self managed superannuation funds and individuals.

Before Mitchell & Partners, Kelly worked for A D Danieli for 9 years. She became a Business Services Manager after she was qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2014. Kelly looked after a wide range of clients in various industries including civil engineering, residential housing, business brokers, building certification and professionals such as solicitors and medical practitioners.

Kelly was born in Fujian, China, with the ability to speak fluent Mandarin and can also understand Cantonese. Kelly came to Australia to attend high school and subsequently graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Management, and from the University of New South Wales with a Master of Financial Analysis. Kelly is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand who holds a Certificate of Public Practice. Kelly is also a registered Tax Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board and a NSW Justice of the Peace.

Kelly also has a keen interest in supporting the local community. Kelly has served as a Treasurer for Artarmon Public School Music Programs.
